Fully Flourishing is a website dedicated to helping you understand your mental health, and improve your personal well-being.
The objective is to arm you with professional resources, guide you to become more self-aware, inspire you to grow and find fulfillment, and have you lead a fully flourishing life.
To educate others about mental health so they can make better choices to improve their overall well-being.
To break down the stigma of talking about mental health so the important conversations are happening.
To contribute to a downward trend of mental illness, suicide rates, and overall stress, by guiding others to free/low cost professional resources.
To prepare our community to be able to face challenges head on, and promote personal growth and fulfillment.
About The Founder
Hello! I’m Brit.
I'm a Sunshine State native who experiences a fair-share of cloudy days. I'm mostly known for my love of iced coffee, vegan desserts, Law and Order, and having a kind heart. I'm a college educator and mental health blogger. I have a dual degree in Psychology and Sociology as well as a Masters in Education.
I have an overwhelming passion for psychology and mental health, and have battled with anxiety and depression my entire life. I have overcome the plague of addiction, toxic relationships, grief, loss, and deep feelings of hopelessness.
I hope that my strong will and resilience spark a strength in you; a strength that you've always had, that allows you to believe in yourself while conquering any obstacle life throws your way.
